The program of the third chamber music matinée could be described with a touch of autumn when the Liechtenstein cellist Moritz Huemer takes the stage with his partner Valentina Serena Paetsch on violin and pianist Gabriel Meloni. The program gets a French touch with the unjustifiably seldom performed sonata for violin and violoncello by Maurice Ravel; likewise the violin sonata by Claude Debussy. The main focus, however, is towards the end, when the melancholy piano trio by Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy sounds. All of the musicians are rooted in the (greater) region and know each other from the activities at the International Music Academy in Liechtenstein. Moritz Huemer is also the solo cellist of the Liechtenstein Symphony Orchestra (SOL) and the ENSEMBLES ESPERANZA and has already performed as a soloist with the SOL.
