The top-class "Vaduz Classic" finale will be the undoubtedly worldwide sensational world premiere of a never-before-performed work attributed to Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart: Together with a choir from Austria and two outstanding soloists, the Liechtenstein Symphony Orchestra will perform the "Cantata for Prince Alois I of Liechtenstein", KV Anh. 242.
This work was discovered during research by Austrian conductor and composer Heinz Prammer in 2019. He himself will also conduct the world premiere. It is the only work in the Köchel catalog that has never been performed in public. The accompanying publication was made possible in part by a donation from H.S.H. Prince Hans Adam II von und zu Liechtenstein.
With this world premiere, the round of the Austria-Liechtenstein "Vaduz Classic" Friendship Program 2022 closes with dignity.
