At the age of ten she made her first orchestral debut with the MAV Orchestra in the National Museum Budapest with the violin concerto by Max Bruch. This was followed by numerous international engagements, also with the Bruch concert, including in the Smetana Hall in Prague, Hungary, Austria and the USA. At the age of twelve, Elisso made his first guest appearance with the violin concerto by Jean Sibelius at the Musikverein in Klagenfurt. This was followed in 2013 with further appearances with this concert in Budapest, Agrigento, Tbilisi and Lustenau, among others with the Munich Symphony Orchestra.

In 2018 Gogibedashvili devoted herself entirely to chamber music, which after her debut in London took her on a trip to Italy. Her chamber music partners include Kristine Sutidze, Nargiza Alimova, Maria Meerovitch, Regina Chernychko and Kristóf Baráti, as well as the legendary pianist Bruno Canino. In addition to concerts in Trieste, Manzano and Lustenau, the highlight of the 2019/20 season was the first major tour with Paganini's Violin Concerto No 1. Starting at the Teatro Bibiena in Mantua and in Dornbirn under the direction of Michael Guttman, she went directly to Toronto, Wuhan, Sanremo and Alba.

In December 2019, Gogibedashvili was awarded, alongside Aaron Pilsan, the Vorarlberg State Art Promotion. In spring 2020 she received the Wagner scholarship from the Richard Wagner Foundation Austria.

Elisso Gogibedaschwili plays an Andrea Guarneri violin from the end of the 17th century. The violin was made available by the Otten family with generous support.
