Legal basis for data processing

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data results from Art. 6 Para. 1 Letters b) and c) GDPR. We process your data insofar as it is necessary to fulfill a contractual obligation or to fulfill pre-contractual measures that are necessary on your request, or due to legal obligations, such as VAT accounting or accounting obligations in accordance with Liechtenstein personal and company law.

If you have consented to the data processing, the data processing is based on Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a GDPR.

If processing is necessary to safeguard legitimate interests on our part and if your interests, fundamental rights and freedoms do not outweigh our aforementioned interests after a review, Article 6 (1) f) GDPR serves as the legal basis for processing.

Purpose of data processing

The temporary storage of the IP address by the system is necessary to enable the website to be delivered to the user's computer. To do this, the user's IP address must be saved for the duration of the session.

Your IP address is stored in log files to ensure the functionality of the website. In addition, we use the data to optimize the website and to ensure the security of our information technology systems. These logs are used exclusively for technical purposes - e.g. B. to clarify technical problems - as well as information security; they are neither evaluated otherwise nor compared with other data.

Storage period

After collection, your data will be stored for as long as is necessary for the respective task to be carried out in compliance with the statutory retention periods.

For the logging data, deletion concepts are provided by the processor with the result that the data is automatically deleted after 30 days.

Your rights as a data subject

As a data subject, you have the following rights:

- If your personal data is processed, you have the right to receive information about the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR).
- If incorrect personal data is processed, you have the right to correction (Art. 16 GDPR).
- If the legal requirements are met, you can request the deletion or restriction of processing and object to processing (Art. 17, 18 and 21 GDPR).
- If you have consented to data processing or if there is a data processing contract and data processing is carried out using automated procedures, you may have the right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR).

If you make use of your above-mentioned rights, we will check whether the legal requirements for this have been met.

Google Analytics

Scope of data processing

We use Google Analytics from Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA to analyze your surfing behavior.

This analysis service uses "cookies", text files that are saved on your computer and that enable your use of the website to be analyzed. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website (including your IP address) is transferred to the web analysis service server (at Google in the USA) and stored there. These analysis services will use this information to evaluate your use of the website and to compile reports on website activity for the website operator. The IP address transmitted by the user's browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.

If individual pages of our website are called up, the following data is stored:

- The first three octets of the IP address of the calling system of the user
- The website accessed
- The website from which the user came to the accessed website (referrer)

- The time spent on the website
- The frequency with which the website is accessed

If the data collected about you can be linked to a person, this will be excluded immediately and the personal data will be deleted immediately. The last octet of the user IP address is set to zero within the main memory. For example, the IP address 12.214.31.144 would be changed to 12.214.31.0 and then saved.

We only use Google Analytics with activated IP anonymization. This means that the IP address of the user is shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. The full IP address will only be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there in exceptional cases. Google is certified under the Privacy Shield Agreement and thus offers a guarantee that it will comply with European data protection law, see: Privacy Shield.
